The flight compensates you for the three-day delay with a payment of $50 USD. If your bag is lost, you will be compensated in accordance with the established amount.

In the event of damage, the airline will reimburse you for either replacement or repair. You must file a damage claim within one month of your trip and send a scanned copy of the damaged report provided by the handling agent, your boarding pass, a photo of the damaged item, and your bag tag to their email address.
